Job purpose :
The Brand Manager is responsible for driving the strategic growth and commercial success of our premium cookware and home living portfolio. The core purpose of this role is to lead the development of winning brand and portfolio strategies, the development of high-performing digital ecosystems, and the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns. by defining compelling brand stories, identifying USP's, linking sales activities and managing efficient and appealing social media and website platforms, the Brand Manager ensures each brand achieves maximum market impact and maintains its premium positioning
The Brand Manager is responsible for Fissler, Nachtmann and potential new brands.
Key responsibilities :
Brand Strategy & Positioning:
• Develop and implement annual marketing strategies for each brand in the portfolio to drive brand equity and market share.
• Define and bring to live the brand story. Ensure that each brand's unique history, values and USP's are communicated effectively across all channels.
• Develop an annual content plan and activity calendar that aligns with brand and sales objectives.
• Act as a liaison with brand principals, ensuring all local activities align with global brand visions and guidelines.
• Define and maintain brand standards locally, ensuring a consistent premium "look and feel" across all distribution channels and consumer touchpoints.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify white-space opportunities for new categories and brand expansions in the premium Cookware & Home Living category
Website Management:
• Lead the development, launch, and daily management of the different brand websites in our portfolio.
• Ensure the digital UX journey reflects a premium experience, overseeing content updates, SEO optimization, and site performance.
• Monitor website traffic and conversion data to continuously improve the online brand experience.
Social Media &
Content Leadership
• Develop and manage an effective social media strategy across different social platforms that resonates with a premium target audience.
• Lead the development, launch, and daily management of the different brand social platforms in our portfolio.
• Create high-quality digital assets, ensuring all visual and written content meets the high standards of our premium partners.
Campaign Development & Execution
• Design and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns to reach the brand and sales objectives.
• Manage campaign timelines and budgets from initial concept through to final reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure campaigns are supported by high-impact in-store activation promotions and POSM.
Influencer Management
• Identify and create relationships with brand ambassadors such as KOL, KOC, Influencers, Chefs,...
Commercial Analysis
• Use data for performance tracking to measure the ROI of marketing spend and campaign effectiveness.
• Analyze sales data and campaign performance metrics to provide actionable insights and learnings for future activities.
• Oversee the marketing budget for the assigned portfolio, ensuring resources are within budget and allocated to the highest-impact initiatives.
Administration
• Create, implement, improve SOP's related to
brand marketing efficiency
• Responsible for creating and producing Vietnamese sub-labels, user guide, quality tests,[protected info] ensure the products legal requirements for sales in Vietnam
• Guideline & brief the warehouse operations for stickering sublabel
