1. Brand Strategy & Manufacturing Storytelling
-Develop compelling brand content that showcases factory processes, craftsmanship, and engineering excellence (e.g. "Behind the Scenes", factory tours, production stories).
-Highlight quality standards, certifications, innovation, and manufacturing capabilities to build trust and reinforce brand authority.
-Build clear and consistent brand messaging that communicates the quality, craftsmanship, and manufacturing standards behind "Made in [Location]".
2. Product Marketing & Launch Management
-Translate technical specifications into clear, market-friendly messaging in collaboration with R&D and Engineering teams.
-Plan and execute product launches, emphasizing key features, benefits, and use cases for commercial and selected residential markets.
3. Social, Content & Visual Management
-Own brand presence across social media channels and content platforms.
-Plan content calendars and oversee production of visual and written assets, including factory photoshoots and videos.
-Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity.

Digital Marketing & Website Ownership
-Manage digital marketing activities (organic and paid) to support brand awareness and demand generation.
-Own and maintain brand websites, ensuring updated content, strong messaging, and user experience.
-Monitor digital performance and optimize based on data insights.
5. B2B Support & Trade Show Management
-Support distributors and sales teams with brand assets, marketing toolkits, and product communication materials.
-Plan and manage brand presence at key industry exhibitions and trade shows to showcase factory capabilities and innovations.
6. Reporting, Performance & Budget Management
-Manage approved marketing budgets and track campaign performance and ROI.
-Prepare regular reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual) with actionable insights and recommendations.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Other Duties
-Collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and external partners to ensure brand alignment.
-Perform other marketing-related tasks as assigned by the CEO.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in manufacturing or hospitality industry.
- Ability to translate technical details into compelling marketing content.
- Experience with trade shows, digital marketing, and visual content production.
- English both speaking and writing fluency
