● Background in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
● At least 3 years of experience in brand & marketing roles
● Experience in operating Shopee and Tiktok shop is a plus
● Ideally from creative, publishing, FMCG, or lifestyle/retail industries.
● Strategic thinking with a strong pulse on market and cultural trends.
● Experience with cross-platform storytelling and community engagement.
● Deep understanding of how users interact with digital content and how to create great user experiences from a content perspective
