Factory Cleaning, Pest Control, and Landscaping Supervision

Oversee and inspect the work plans for each category to ensure a clean, green, and beautiful landscape environment.
Conduct quality control checks on services and provide prompt support to resolve issues affecting work quality by inspecting the entire factory. Perform regular inspections once a week and in case of any issues.
Prepare reports for each category of work.
Conduct regular meetings with all suppliers to gather feedback and make adjustments to receive the best possible service from them.
Manage and update records related to services (list of service personnel, related certificates, medical examination records of contractor personnel, list of chemicals, chemical usage information, contractor personnel training records, contractor periodic reports, etc.), ensuring that service activities are controlled under ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000 procedures.
Verify timesheets, acceptance certificates, statements, and payments to suppliers. Monthly.
Control and update costs to the accounting department as needed. Monthly.

Factory Tour Organization

Receive tour requests from the external affairs department and department heads within the factory.
Introduce and guide the tour group according to the factory's program.
Coordinate with the bar manager to prepare.
Archive tour group information into records and update as needed.
Keep and update photo and video materials from the event for the CA department and internal use as needed.

Factory Administrative Expenses

Verify and reconcile statements and make timely payments to suppliers (landscaping, pest control, factory catering, etc.).
Advance administrative expenses and make payments for related expenses to support departments, then reimburse the accounting department.
Have a reasonable spending plan for the month and year.
Be able to project costs for the following year. Be able to compare and identify discrepancies in monthly administrative expenses.

Factory Programs, Events, and Tours

Plan, coordinate with the administration, TPM, and other departments, and the union to organize and implement periodic programs within the factory, including:
- Contacting suppliers and government agencies (if any) to coordinate and organize.
- Paying suppliers, tracking costs, and updating as needed.
- Keeping and updating photo and video materials from the event for the external affairs and internal departments as needed.

Factory Hygiene and Safety Assessment System

Plan and coordinate with the TPM and production departments to implement monthly periodic assessment activities within the factory.
Consolidate data from the assessment system and maintain monthly reports.
Troubleshoot technical issues on the assessment system for evaluators.
