Business Analyst 3

JOB DESCRIPTION
Gather business and system requirements from the client
Create Requirement specifications, User Stories
Create workflow charts, diagrams, and wireframes for complex UCs (if needed)
Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats
Improve systems by studying current practices, designing modifications
Understand and communicate the financial and operational impact of any changes
Transfer requirements, knowledge to Development Team
Assist PM with project scope, estimation, and planning
Work with all stakeholders to make sure all requirements of the system are fulfilled
REQUIREMENTS
2,5+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of testing approaches and techniques
Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Have a proactive, can-do attitude
Self-motivated and self-directed.
Experienced with SCRUM, JIRA
