Mô tả công việc
Responsibility:
- Gather business and system requirements from PO, customer, stakeholder...
- Assist PO to define requirements and suggest ideas; Assist PO on project scope,
estimation and planning
- Create BRS, SRS0
- Analyze user's feedback to measure product
- Act as the bridge between PO and DEV team (developers, testers, UI designer) to clarify
requirement in both business and system analysis view
- Write testing scenarios for UAT; Support UAT in testing, verifying bugs/issues
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a BA in ERP/CRM/ECOMMERCE field
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking
- Good understanding in ERP, CRM system
