ADVN -Singapore outsourcing company specializes in website design, mobile applications, multi-platform e-commerce solutions for enterprises. We are looking for a motivated, passionate and experienced Business Analyst to join our creative team:
- Gather business and system requirements from client.
- Performing requirements analysis.
- Assist client to define requirements, suggest ideas, and provide solutions.
- Communicate with customers to clarify any unclear information about the business requirements.
- Analyze and specify requirements, synthesize information provided by relevant stakeholders.
- Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
- Be actively involved in the complete project lifecycle, from requirements analysis to final delivery.
Yêu cầu
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience as a Business Analyst in Customer Data projects and work in an analysis and customer support role.
- Experience with web-based and business process software systems implementation.
- Good understanding and experience in HTML, CSS and Javascript for rapid prototyping is a plus.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- Highly motivated in problem-solving with strong investigative skills.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
- Must have past experience leading and supporting successful projects.
- Good planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Good English
