Requirements Gathering: Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders through various techniques such as interviews, workshops, surveys, and process analysis.
Process Analysis: Map and analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization.
Solution Design: Collaborate with development and product teams to design and propose effective and scalable solutions that meet business needs.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents (FRS, BRD etc..), functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and process flows.
Stakeholder Management: Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Testing & Validation: Participate in user acceptance testing to ensure the delivered solution meets the documented requirements.
Data Analysis: Utilize data to identify trends, measure performance, and support decision-making.
Change(history) Management: Assist in the development and implementation of change management strategies to ensure a smooth transition to new processes or systems with patch notes.
Proficient in English skills, both oral and written.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.(At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst (handling business requirements directly from Business users).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in business analysis tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, and Lucidchart.
Experience with different project methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) are a plus.
A self-initiated and proactive team player who can work with minimal supervision.
