As a Business Consultant, you will play a critical role in helping clients solve operational challenges through Base's suite of 60+ SaaS applications. You will be trusted to work with decision-makers, from discovery to solution design and deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and qualify potential leads (Call, Email, from the marketing team (warm/hot leads) or actively source your own leads.
Understand client needs through in-depth conversations, research, and discovery.
Deliver customized demos, present product value propositions, and pitch suitable solutions.
Own the sales process end-to-end: from consulting to closing and aligning on implementation plans.
Ensure monthly sales KPIs are met, with performance tracked based on clear revenue milestones during probation and ongoing reviews.

What We're Looking For
1. Resilience & Inner Drive

2. B2B Sales/Consulting Competence
1 to 5 years working directly with clients in roles such as B2B Sales,
Business Development, Consulting, Account Management, Partnerships, or Customer Success.
For freshers/juniors: Exceptional achievements or leadership experience in past projects, competitions, or extracurriculars are welcome.
You demonstrate the B2B mindset through your professional presence, communication, client empathy, and ability to earn trust in high-stakes conversations.
3. Learning Agility & Product Coachability
You are eager to understand complex business tech products and quickly translate that knowledge into real business value for clients.
