1. Proposing to build strategies, business models.
• Survey market information, competitors, industry.
• Proposing business strategies and models.
• Making decisions on how to approach customers (customers, access methods,...)
• Planning the implementation of the department (by year, quarter, ..), including: revenue, personnel, main activities, selling expenses.
2. Develop and implement a sales plan
• Find out market trends and opportunities.
• Planning sales based on annual plans of
department, assign targets to subordinates. Approach B2B customers in order to marketing and selling services.
• Set goals, goals and KPIs for each service segment
• Developing sources of potential customers.
• Approach new customers and sell services
• Expanding existing Customer services
3. Implementing business solutions for customers
• Answering bidding packages, coordinating with BU to offer prices to customers. Sharing Customer information, proposing related solutions (model, warehouse location, ...)
• Finalizing the plan sent to the Customer (solution, profit margin)
• Following the project implementation process.
• Proposing improvements for customers.
• Regularly updating market trends & customer requirements in Information Technology for a proposal to develop appropriate solutions.
4. Customer care and support:
• Define customer care policies and customer service levels by segment and customer priority
• Support to resolve customer complaints, coordinate well with the operators to ensure good service
• Proposing ideas to improve and develop service quality
5. Support to provide market information
• Supporting the provision of customer insights and market insights through the process of communication and customer interaction.
• Introduce vendors about warehousing, transportation, ...
• Building strategic partnerships (infrastructure, technology, and other resources partners) to meet business goals.
6. Assess the feasibility of projects
• Proposing the possibility of implementation of the project (customer source, operating model, benchmark market, ...)
• Finding sources of customers for the project
• Track the progress of implementation to have an appropriate customer plan
7.Internal process:
• Set up internal process of department
• Monitoring and evaluating implementation according to KPI
8. Managing and developing staffs:
• Recruitment and selection of personnel
• Management of personnel utilization process (capacity planning, skills development needed)
• Develop new / old orientation program
• Instructing / Training staffs, and evaluate the results of the members
• Deploying human resources strategy (evaluating skills suitable to the general GLC strategies, each department)
