2. Solution Consulting & Sales Execution
Consult clients on corporate gifting, jewelry, diamond, voucher, and customized solutions
Design and present business proposals, commercial offers, and partnership models
Deliver high-quality presentations and business pitches to decision makers
Structure product bundles, incentive programs, and long-term cooperation frameworks
3. Contract Negotiation & Deal Closure
Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, terms, delivery, and service level agreements
Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Pricing, and Operations to finalize contracts
Ensure smooth contract execution, delivery, and post-sales support
4. Key Account Management
Develop and manage strategic corporate accounts
Maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers
Drive account growth through cross-selling and upselling initiatives
Improve retention rate and contract renewal performance
5. Pipeline & Performance Management
Manage all opportunities through CRM and sales pipeline
Forecast revenue monthly, quarterly, and annually
Track sales performance metrics: win rate, AOV, sales cycle, pipeline coverage
Conduct win/loss analysis and performance optimization
6. Internal Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing on B2B campaigns and lead generation
Collaborate with Product teams to develop tailored corporate solutions
Leverage PNJ's ecosystem (Retail, Style, Wedding, Art, Corporate Gifting) to maximize customer value.
1. Education
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related fields
2. Experience
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
Proven track record in corporate sales, key account management, or enterprise partnerships
Experience in premium, retail, luxury, gifting, hospitality, finance, or FMCG sectors is a strong advantage
