Position Summary
• This position requires experience casino marketing individual with customer database. All dealings with both external and internal customers must be efficient, effective and professional at all times. Able to development Exceptional presentation and communication skills are required.
Responsibilities
• Work in Ho Chi Minh Office: Hai Ha Building, 217 Nguyen Van Thu Street, Hai Ha building, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City
• Responsible for supporting the Business Development Manager
• Responsible for generating clients' data, solving their day-to-day queries, answering emails, and other customer-related interactions
• Maintain a customer database effectively to enable the easy and speedy recovery of a given customer's details
• Apart from handling established customers' details, a business development assistant also attracts new customers for the company through various promotional and advertising methods
• Coordinate a project with other departments
• Special project may be assigned
Yêu cầu
• Diploma/College Degree is required;
• Must be fluent in English and Korean language;
• Competent in the use of Microsoft software applications;
• Over 03 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferable;
• Proven success in casino marketing, advertising, database marketing, promotions and special events is preferable.
