Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated
Business Development Executive who can manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, consulting, and closing deals with local manufacturers, brands and foreign sellers (in the US, Canada and other countries).
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach abroad sellers (online) and manufacturers/local brands in Vietnam (online + offline meetings).
Conduct initial conversations, present services, handle objections, and close deals
Prepare proposals, pricing, and service scopes for potential clients.
Build, maintain, and update the sales pipeline
Develop weekly/monthly sales plans and execute prospecting activities according to targets.
Track performance metrics, follow up with prospects consistently, and ensure smooth handover to the operations team.
Prepare weekly reports on leads, meetings, proposals, and closed deals.
Must-have
Strong English skills (written + spoken)
1.5 - 3 years of experience in international sales or business development
Experience in online prospecting and lead generation
Strong communication and logical consulting skills
Ability to work independently and meet KPI targets.
High discipline, persistence, and follow-up skills.
Nice-to-have
Experience B2B selling to foreign markets
Knowledge of Amazon/eCommerce/
digital marketingExperience in closing via online meeting or remote sales.
Base salary: 15,000,000 - 25,000,000 VND/month (depending on experience)
Bonus and commission based on performance
Training provided on Amazon/Wayfair/Walmart operations and service structure
