Market Expansion & Research
Conduct market analysis on fintech and digital asset trends, including crypto adoption, competitors, and regulatory landscape.
Identify growth opportunities within fintech, blockchain-based lending, digital payments, and SME financing.
Client & Partner Acquisition
Research the banking and crypto-fintech sector in Vietnam to identify potential partners (banks, exchanges, payment processors, blockchain startups).
Build, maintain, and nurture strategic partnerships to drive business growth.
Business Development & Negotiation
Lead end-to-end negotiation with financial institutions, fintech companies, and crypto ecosystem partners.
Collaborate with internal teams to design partnership models or lending solutions using both traditional and digital asset data.
Reporting
Prepare bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly business performance reports for BOD.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related fields.
4+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Relationship Management, Project Management, or similar roles.
Solid understanding of fintech, digital payments, digital lending, or financial services.
Knowledge of crypto, blockchain, Web3, or digital assets (market structures, exchanges, wallets, lending protocols, ecosystem trends).
Experience working with banks or fintech companies is a strong advantage.
Ability to analyze market potential using analytical tools and financial insights.
Strong negotiation and stakeholder-management skills with decision-makers.
Intermediate English level or above to work with international partners.
