Are you a relentless sales professional who thrives on winning new business and building powerful industry relationships? We're looking for a high-performing Sales Specialist to accelerate our growth within the Vietnamese Food & Beverage sector.
This is not a passive account management role - this is a hunter position for someone who knows how to open doors, build pipelines, and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.
What You'll Do
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within Vietnamese food manufacturers and Food & Beverage networks
• To connect and communicate with R & D, Marketing, procurement and management of clients and prospects
• Build and manage a strong, uncontested markets, active sales pipeline with a focus on consistent growth
• Engaging customers in future-focused discussions to identify new opportunities and explore points of difference
• Evaluating customer requirements and developing technical solutions, in collaboration with our Flavour Creation team and Sales & Sensory team
• Leverage your industry connections to create immediate impact and revenue opportunities
• Represent the business confidently in meetings, presentations, and negotiations
• Collaborate with international teams via email, Zoom, and in-person communication
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving commercial outcomes

What You Bring
• Proven track record in sales with strong persistence and a results-driven mindset
• Established connections within the Vietnamese Food & Beverage or manufacturing sector
• Demonstrated success in pipeline development and revenue growth
• Experience working with international stakeholders or global businesses
• Exceptional English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Sharp problem-solving ability and commercial thinking
• High level of initiative with the confidence to work autonomously
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills
• A proactive, positive attitude and commitment to customer excellence
