Role & Responsibility:
• Generate new leads, acquire new customers, and drive business volume growth.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients; ensure high service quality and timely issue resolution.
• Develop and execute sales strategies; conduct market research and prepare sales forecasts.
• Prepare and review shipping documents (B/L, invoices, customs declarations).
• Ensure compliance with local and international logistics regulations.
• Coordinate closely with customers, vendors, and internal teams for smooth shipment operations.
• Track shipment progress, update clients, and proactively handle any delays or problems.
• Prepare regular reports and propose improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency.
Yêu cầu
• Minimum 2 - 3 years of Freight Forwarding Sales experience.
• At least 1.5 years with the current employer.
• Strong understanding of freight forwarding operations and processes.
• Good English communication and writing skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; detail-oriented, fast learner, able to work under pressure.
