Execute business plans to achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Identify and acquire new customers with needs for AI and Big Data solutions.
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure timely, successful delivery of solutions that meet client requirements.
Analyze customer needs, forecast demand, conduct market research, and propose effective, timely strategies.
Collaborate closely with the development team to optimize products based on customer feedback and market insights.
Support project delivery, proactively monitor progress, and resolve any related issues.
Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports.
Draft and manage contracts, bidding documents, and other relevant materials; coordinate to track project progress, acceptance, and contract closure.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Exposure to technology-especially AI and Big Data-is a strong plus.
3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a tech-driven environment.
Strong understanding of the industry, with the ability to analyze competitors, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
Proven ability to perform under pressure and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and influence stakeholders.
Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage and build trust with clients.
Professional working proficiency in English.
