The
Business Development Manager drives iTechwx's growth in the Vietnam market by identifying new opportunities, promoting market presence, and building strong client partnerships. This role leads bidding and proposal efforts, develops strategic sales plans, and works closely with internal teams to deliver impactful business solutions.
YOU WILL:
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact.
• Lead the entire bidding process, from identifying opportunities to preparing and submitting proposals.
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., technical, finance, legal) to gather necessary information and ensure comprehensive and accurate proposals.
• Present bids to senior management for approval, ensuring they meet strategic goals and financial targets.
• Maintain a database of past bids and outcomes to inform future bidding strategies and improve success rates.
• Develop high-quality presentations for business development, marketing initiatives, and bidding processes.
• Present proposals, marketing strategies, and business plans to clients, stakeholders, and senior management.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and emerging trends.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the brand and network with potential clients.
