Lucca Vudor is a well-established and rapidly growing shoe manufacturer and retailer known for its high-quality footwear. We are seeking an entrepreneurial-minded Partner to lead and drive the expansion of our shoe business in Vietnam, a market with immense growth potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis:
- Dive deep into the Vietnamese market to gain insights into local consumer preferences, trends, and competition.
- Identify and seize opportunities while navigating potential challenges.
Business Development:
- Craft and execute an innovative market entry strategy and business plan for Vietnam.
- Forge strategic partnerships with local distributors, retailers, and suppliers to support our expansion
Brand Promotion:
- Establish a strong brand presence in Vietnam, tailored to resonate with the local audience.
- Create and drive cutting-edge marketing campaigns and initiatives for the Vietnamese market.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Lead the charge in boosting sales and revenue by expanding our retail footprint, both online and offline.
- Set ambitious sales targets and pioneer creative strategies to not just meet but exceed them.
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee all logistical and operational aspects of our Vietnam venture, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Masterfully manage inventory and supply chain activities to meet market demand.
Entrepreneurial Leadership:
- Embrace the role of a visionary entrepreneur, blazing a trail for our brand in Vietnam.
- Build and mentor a local team, fostering an environment of innovation and empowerment

Compensation:
