Business Development Manager - Study Abroad

Position Overview:
The Business Development Manager plays a key role in maintaining and growing HTI EDU's recruitment network, focusing on HTI International programs. This role requires close collaboration with local agency partners (Study Abroad Companies) to ensure HTI EDU's programs are effectively promoted, meeting agent expectations, and providing full support from program consultation to document collection.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain and strengthen relationships with education agencies in Vietnam Territory
- Build and manage personal media channels to expand the network of partners.
- Provide consultancy and support to agents on relevant matters.
- Coordinate tasks between schools, agents, student files, and case processors to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Achieve the company's KPI targets.
- Efficiently address and resolve issues that arise.
- Provide and arrange training sessions for agents.
- Complete any additional duties assigned by the office director
