Job Summary
As a
Business Development Manager in our Ho Chi Minh City office, you will play a key role in driving growth across our Transport & Logistics Division - covering Sea freight, Air freight, Road freight, Marine Logistics and Special Cargo solutions. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, expanding existing partnerships, and collaborating closely with internal teams across operations, pricing, and procurement to deliver integrated, end-to-end logistics services.

Your Role
• Identify, engage and secure new business opportunities within your assigned region or verticals.
• Grow and manage existing client accounts by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions across our full product portfolio (Sea freight FCL/LCL, Air freight, Road, Reefer, Special Cargo, etc.).
• Lead customer interactions and presentations (in-person and virtual), while actively managing your own sales pipeline and follow-ups.
• Respond to RFQs, tenders and bids in close collaboration with the Tender, Operations and Pricing teams.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery by aligning expectations and coordinating across internal stakeholders.
• Keep our global CRM system up to date with accurate information on decision-makers, potential volumes, pipeline status and revenue forecasts.
• Work cross-functionally with departments such as Operations, Finance and Procurement to ensure seamless, high-quality service.
• 3-5 years of sales or business development experience in freight forwarding, shipping or international logistics.
• Sound understanding of Incoterms, global trade flows and multimodal transport solutions.
• Proven ability to identify opportunities, develop client-specific solutions and successfully close deals.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport across all levels.
• A structured, self-motivated professional with a proactive, solution-driven mindset.
• Experience using CRM systems and understanding of key sales metrics and performance indicators.
