A. RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Channel Development
●Develop and execute BAMU's nationwide GT & MT expansion strategy.
●Expand BAMU's retail and distribution network for officially licensed IP products (KAYOU and future brands).
●Identify, recruit and manage distributors (NPP), dealers, and strategic retail partners.
●Negotiate commercial terms with bookstore chains, convenience stores, toy retailers, supermarkets, department stores, gift shops, and stationery retailers.
2. Sales & Business Growth
●Achieve distribution, POS coverage, and revenue growth targets.
●Develop annual channel expansion plans by region.
●Monitor distributor performance and implement growth initiatives.
●Identify new business opportunities and strategic retail partnerships.
3. Team Leadership
●Recruit, coach and manage
Business Development Executives.
●Develop sales SOPs, reporting systems, and KPIs.
●Conduct regular field visits with the sales team.
●Build a high-performance sales culture.
4. Market Intelligence
●Monitor competitors, pricing, and market trends.
●Identify new distribution opportunities and emerging retail channels.
●Recommend new products and channel strategies based on market insights.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
●Work closely with Trade Marketing, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure successful product launches and retail execution.
●Support key customer negotiations and major commercial projects.

B. REQUIREMENTS
Education
●Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
Experience
●5+ years of experience in
Business Development, Sales, GT, MT, or Channel Development.
●Experience as ASM, Area Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Sales Manager, or
Business Development Manager is preferred.
●Experience in the stationery (VPP), toys, FMCG, collectibles, gifts, or retail industry is highly preferred.
●Proven experience developing GT and MT channels.
●Experience recruiting and managing distributors (NPP) and dealer networks.
●Existing relationships with bookstore chains, stationery retailers, toy retailers, convenience stores, supermarkets, or distributors is a strong advantage.

C. COMPENSATION
Target Monthly Compensation (OTE): 25-35 million VND
Competitive compensation: base salary + allowances
