The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving company growth through strategic initiatives with B2B partners. This role involves researching market trends, developing strategies, and collaborating with various teams to meet revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research and networking.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's customer base.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client needs and propose solutions to meet their requirements.
3. Distributor Network Expansion:
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new distributors to diversify company's customer base.
- Drive the formulation of distributor policies that foster effective partnerships and explore untapped geographic markets for expansion.
4. Strategic Partnerships:
- Manage and acquire collaboration partners aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Identify mutually beneficial partnerships that align with the company's brand values, leveraging their influence and customer base for mutual growth.
5. Market Analysis:
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis.
6. Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and operations to align strategies and achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of services/products to clients.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in Business Development Manager or related roles, ideally within the B2B sector.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Proficiency in partnership management, demonstrating the ability to identify and cultivate relationships aligned with brand values and business objectives.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the capability to drive market expansion initiatives
- Proficient in English
