Business Development:
Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the market share for uConnect (including uConnect Karaoke, uConnect HoReCa, and uConnect University).
Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with karaoke chains, restaurants, hotels, and universities, Supermarkets/Conveniences Store , beauty salons....
Identify and approach customers to persuade them to collaborate, introducing Ureka and the uConnect ecosystem.
Client/Vendor Management:
Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients/ vendors.
Address client/ vendor issues and ensure excellent post-sale service.
Advise and support clients throughout the implementation and usage of the product.
Market and Product Research:
Analyze the market, competitors, and industry trends to propose product improvements.
Collect feedback from clients and the market to enhance products and services.
Marketing Support and Product Promotion:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop product promotion strategies.
Participate in events, seminars, and exhibitions to showcase the uConnect product.
Team Management:
Recruit, train, and manage the
business development team.
Set goals, monitor, and evaluate the team's performance.
Managing campaigns, setting up and preparing for company events and seminars.
Job Requirements:
Experience:
At least 3-5 years of management experience in business development, preferably in the advertising, media, or technology sector.
Experience working with major partners in the restaurant, hotel, karaoke, or education sectors is a plus.
Skills:
Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop business strategies.
Leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of digital advertising, especially DOOH/ programmatic DOOH and OTT advertising.
Familiarity with target markets (karaoke, HoReCa, and universities, transportation, Supermarket).
Attitude:
Proactive, creative, and flexible.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve business targets.
