Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and understand the competitive landscape.
Generate leads by networking, cold calling, and using other effective strategies to attract prospective clients.
Manage client relationships through regular communication, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
Develop comprehensive sales strategies that align with company goals and promote revenue growth.
Expand business operations by exploring potential customer bases and strategic partnerships.
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Prepare service contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
Work out closely with Operations Team and Accounting team to ensure requirements are met, such as sales numbers and profit goals.
Develop entry level staff into valuable Sales Team and maintain a strong understanding of services, and innovating new ways to serve businesses
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
Proven experience in
business development as
sales manager in HR services, demonstrating a track record of achieving sales targets
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, and ability to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely
Understanding of services and ability to innovate new ways the services can serve customers
Organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities
Organizational talents and ability to work under pressure and in new environment
Leadership abilities, with experience in managing teams and projects to successful outcomes.
