Responsible for overseeing marketing initiatives and enhancing Lotte P&D's PM/FM brand identity across potential real estate projects in the market.
Main Job:
1. Full-phase Bidding Preparation
⁃ Bidding/Tender Strategy:
• Qualify opportunities & define win strategy
• Align internal teams (Ops, Finance, HR) for feasibility
- Costing & Pricing:
• Build detailed cost models (manpower, equipment, vendors)
• Optimize pricing for competitiveness & margin control
⁃ Bidding/Tender & Proposal:
• Lead full tender submission (Technical + Commercial)
• Ensure compliance, customization, and value proposition
- Client & Negotiation:
• Manage clarifications, site surveys, pre-bid meetings
• Support contract negotiation (scope, price, terms)
- Mobilization & Handover (Critical)
• Lead post-award mobilization (recruitment, setup, SOPs)
• Ensure smooth handover to PM Units with full operational readiness
• Early phase (1-2 months) Operational stabilization support
2. Technical Sale Activities
⁃ Collaborate with the FM team, marketing team to develop marketing materials and collateral to support sales efforts
⁃ Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new projects and contracts
3. Revenue Management
⁃ Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability for interior design, FM, and PM services as well as other sale activities required by the Company
⁃ Work closely with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate invoicing, billing, and payment processing for all projects.
⁃ Monitor sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts to track progress towards revenue goals. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth and expansion
4. Team Allocation & Workforce Management Process
⁃ Review project requirements and resource availability to determine staffing needs. Assign tasks and projects to team members based on their skills, experience, and workload capacit
⁃ Conduct regular team meetings to communicate project expectations, deadlines, and priorities
5. Reporting
⁃ Take lead in collective report for all the team activities and review them upon Team leader request
1. Education & Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or Real Estate Management.
- Experience: Minimum of 05 years of experience in
Business Development or
Technical Sales. Prior experience in Interior Design, Facility Management (FM), and Property Management (PM) services is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of leadership and achieving revenue targets

⁃ Technical Sales: Proficiency in identifying potential clients, developing professional sales pitches and presentations to communicate the company's value proposition and capabilities
⁃ Revenue Management: Solid understanding of financial processes; collaborating with Finance and Accounting teams to ensure accurate invoicing, billing, and payment processing
⁃ Market Analysis: Strategic mindset to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and forecast revenue pipelines
⁃ Negotiation: Strong lead in client meetings, presentations, and contract negotiations to secure new projects

⁃ Workforce Management: Ability to determine staffing needs and assign tasks based on team members' skills, experience, and workload capacity
⁃ Reporting: Capability to lead collective reports for all team activities and review them upon request from the Team Leader/Director
