Business Development Manager

The successful candidate will be the key contact of the company at this stage, capable of developing the network of distributors in Vietnam
Description
* Identify market potential to open new channels and partners to grow the company's business in Vietnam;
* Developed existing and new business through internal or external partners and channels to capture and meet business objectives and target;
* To develop and grow existing and new business through new innovative and effective approach;
* Help develop new product offerings for the local market with possibility of local and international contents;
* Collect and analyse information on the main competitors to support business development/ product strategy and to identify the threats created by competition;
* Consolidate comprehensive and reliable intelligence from local sources to assess, review to include size, segmentation and drivers for the product offerings. To communicate to appropriate stakeholders based on business relevance;
* Develop and build local team and structure for future growth.
Profile
* Possess at least a minimum Degree in Business, marketing or its equivalent.
* Preferably with 5 years of Commercial experience in the education or publishing market in Vietnam (Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Publishing).
* Good experience in dealing with customers, partners and government.
* Computer literate with good knowledge in MS Office especially Power point.
* Proficient in both verbal and written Vietnamese and English language.
* Ability to present well and do product training
* Good negotiation and sales closing technique
* Good business development, planning and people skills
