REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCES:
Experience:
1+ years in Management Consulting, Tech Startups, Real Estate/Infrastructure Development, B2B Enterprise Partnerships, or Public-Sector Advisory.
Bilingual Command:
Native Vietnamese & Fluent Professional English (proven capability to draft formal Vietnamese official dispatches alongside executive English memos).
Commercial Acumen:
Strong B2B pipeline origination skills, comfortable pitching to C-level executives, and negotiating master framework agreements with commercial real estate, retail, or office chains.
Operations & Compliance:
Hands-on experience mapping approval pathways with local government authorities, managing permits, and deploying physical infrastructure assets.
Analytical Mindset:
Skilled in site-level financial modeling, unit economics analysis, and optimizing asset utilization.
Ownership Mindset:
Highly autonomous execution, strong problem-solving skills, and physical agility/willingness to conduct on-site field surveys across HCMC (valid motorbike license required).
Preferred:
Experience in Smart Cities, Urban Mobility, Electric Vehicles (EV), Clean Tech, or O2O platforms; established HCMC property operator network.
