Responsibilities:
Find Opportunities and close deals: Seek out and seize opportunities with startups, SMEs, and enterprises from Western countries, seeking
software engineers or eyeing expansion into Southeast Asia.
Build Strategic Relationships: Cultivate strong connections with C-level executives, managers, and stakeholders, understanding their pain points and business goals.
Strategic Selling: Craft compelling value propositions using our unique selling points.
Facilitate Collaborations: Act as a catalyst for successful collaborations between Western clients and Vietnamese IT service providers.
Ownership of KPIs: Take full ownership of key performance indicators (KPIs) and demonstrate a commitment to exceeding targets.
Direct report to foreign CEO

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT sales, with a proven track record of exceeding targets
Strong understanding of B2B sales, preferably in outsourcing or software services
High level of ownership and responsibility
High achievers who are willing to go above and beyond to reach and exceed their targets.
Be a problem solver, consultant, and trusted advisor, understanding and addressing clients' unique needs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good problem-solving and negotiation skills
Strong interest in the IT industry
Fluency in English is a must.

Working Location & Time
Location: 16 An Nhon 3 Street, An Hai Ward, Da Nang City, Vietnam (office-based)
Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday
