Mô tả công việc
- Maintain; develop and drive the return and engagement demand of the premium/ existing/ new customers
- Provides exceptional service for all players, especially, top Tier players • Encourage; promote and support customers to enroll in the Membership and use Tier Program card
- Provide special and complimentary services as well as coordinate with related departments in hosting special events for identified guests
- Participate in various promotional programs; marketing and activities of the department as required.
- Greet and monitor players at special events and promotions or solicits new gaming guests for players' club program.
- Advise and answer the Tier Program's issues and benefits
- Storage premium patron's comments and resolve all requests/disputes/complaints
- Reconciles all comps outside of point redemption.
- Greets jackpot winners and offers publicity.
- Handles all hotel upgrades for expected arrivals.
- Create and keep relationship with colleagues, supervisors, and guests.
- Work safely following relevant policies and procedures.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing or related fields.
• Able to work shift (8h/day).
• Interested in Casino/Hotel industry
• Freshers are welcomed.
• Excellent in solving and handling problems and situations.
• Experiences and knowledge of Windows program: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong in writing and communication skills.
• Good looking and professional appearance.
• Good English plus Chinese or Korean.
