Originate Ecosystem Alliances: Strategically research, map, and execute cold-outreach to high-value enterprise partners, B2B platforms, educational institutions, NPOs, and NGOs to embed Vbee's conversational AI ecosystem into their existing workflows.
Leverage & Reactivate CRM Networks: Systematically re-engage and unlock latent value within Vbee's existing partner and client database, identifying new integration touchpoints and high-conversion commercial opportunities.
Deal Structuring & Custom Proposals: End-to-end ownership of crafting bespoke strategic partnership frameworks, detailed commercial proposals, prospectuses, and high-impact presentation slides tailored to C-level institutional decision-makers.
Pipeline & Conversion Discipline: Maintain meticulous management of the business development pipeline within the company CRM, translating raw leads into active partnerships while optimizing and tracking conversion metrics.
Brand & Industry Ambassadorship: Represent Vbee at premier tech conferences, regional industry events, and elite networking functions to build continuous visibility and seed long-term institutional opportunities.
Cross-Functional Synergy: Synthesize frontline partner feedback with the Growth team to iterate market positioning, while collaborating directly with Product and Tech squads to ensure seamless ecosystem integration.

Core Competencies
Experience: 2-3+ years of proven success in Business Development, Corporate Partnerships, Enterprise Sales, or B2B Account Management (SaaS, Tech, or Cloud-solution background highly preferred).
Bilingual Articulation: Exceptional verbal and written presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English, with absolute confidence in pitching tech concepts to executive leadership
Collateral Mastery: Demonstrated ability to independently build premium, aesthetically polished sales collateral and strategic partnership proposals.
Pipeline Rigor: Proficient data discipline in managing enterprise pipelines via modern CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent tools).
Execution Adaptability: High mental agility to flourish inside a high-velocity startup environment, along with the flexibility to travel and attend networking events outside standard corporate windows.
Nice-to-Haves
Product-Led Sales Mindset: Ability to structurally map out how conversational AI fits technically and operationally into a partner's product framework.
Regional Footprint: Prior exposure or established networks within the Southeast Asian (SEA) corporate tech ecosystems (e.g., Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand)
AI-Augmented Productivity: Hands-on experience leveraging LLMs, automation platforms, or advanced generative AI tools to accelerate daily workflow velocity.
Additional Languages: Conversational or business proficiency in Mandarin, Thai, Bahasa Malaysia, or Bahasa Indonesia to support cross-border alliance scaling

3P Salary: Highly competitive base starting from 12,000,000 VND/month+++ (commensurate with profile and background).
Performance Bonus (P4): Uncapped performance framework covering initiated alliances, closed revenue growth, successful CRM reactivations, and B2B lead generation milestones.
