We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Business Development Supervisor. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the business development activities of the company in Vietnam.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives.
2. Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company's market presence.
3. Manage and supervise a team of business development professionals to ensure targets are met.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
5. Analyze market trends and customer needs to create inn1ovative business solutions.
Product: for steel fiber and PU mortar floor and super-flat floor
Priority: Candidates have experience working in the construction industry, industrial floors, and manufacturing workshops, working at architect design company, construction, consultants company
Yêu cầu
1. Experienced in the Industrial (factory, flooring segment, civil construction).
2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
3. Proven experience in business development or sales roles.
4. Strong leadership and communication skills.
5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
6. Fluency in English or Chinese.
7. Ability to travel/go on business trips to the province.
