Experience of storyboarding, scripting, producing, and shooting digital/social video
Excellent editing skills.
Managing video and photography workflows and shoots.
An audience-focused and evidence-based approach, with the ability to apply audience
insight to creative work.
Produce and optimize content for digital video like youtube, tiktok, facebook as well as livestream selling platforms like Lazada, Shopee
Build excellent, collaborative relationships with a willingness to embrace feedback.
Finding and developing Livestream Talent and Content creator
Create, implement, and execute the business development or growth strategy and initiatives for the Live Streaming platform.
Planning and overseeing data to achieve KPI
Responsible to be aware of updates, business growth, content, and livestream ecommerce industry
Yêu cầu
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
Strong understanding of creator, social media, e-commerce, live-streaming, and digital trends landscape
Experience working with social video content creation and/or livestream.
Ability to shape briefs, with strong organizational and project management skills to deal with competing priorities.
Excellent pitching abilities.
Ability to network and maintain professional relationships
Strong marketing knowledge.
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
Ability to work with a wide range of people and put contributors at ease.
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and able to handle uncertainty.
Able to work under pressure
Experience in creator management or influencer marketing from social media platforms, MCNs or influencer marketing teams of brands is a plus
Entertainment industry knowledge is a plus.
