SolarBK is currently looking for an experienced, proactive, and effective Marketing Manager . The successful candidate will drive performance and growth with responsibility for marketing strategy and plans.
Marketing managers play a critical role in defining and communicating the company's value proposition for respective products/services - to the right audience and at the right time.
Responsibility
1. Strategy and plan
- Develop marketing implementation strategies and carry-out marketing initiatives to support rapid sales growth.
- Create a marketing roadmap and strategy for the C&I Brand / Residential & Trading Brand.
- Drive activities according to the roadmap.
2. Develop & manage advertising material and partner/ customer ​
- Management of product portfolio
- Management of partner/customer portfolio
- Management of partner/ customer experience
3. Develop marketing promotion to pull & push sale
- Work with Brand manager to determine promotion & sales campaign to push sales. Campaign planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Analyze results of retail channel, in-depth analysis of competition, distribution models
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- A solid education (B.A. or M.B.A degree is an advantage point) in Business, Marketing, Advertising.
- Minimum of 5 years professional experience in the management of a sales team/ Marketing team
- Must be a strong leader, creative, & possess strategic planning skills
- Excellent communication skills and a confident personality
- Highly developed analytical skills and a solid understanding of technical product background
- Knowledge of the renewable energy market; experience a major plus
