ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a proactive and business-oriented Business Manager to represent our company in Vietnam and support the expansion of business activities in the local market. This role will be responsible for managing the Representative Office's daily operations, developing relationships with partners and clients, and providing market insights to the Head Office.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, market awareness, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic international business environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1.
Business Development & Relationship Management
• Represent the company and maintain the daily operations of the Vietnam Representative Office.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, suppliers, and business partners.
• Conduct regular client visits and business meetings to identify new opportunities.
• Support the expansion of the company's business network in Vietnam.
2. Market Research & Reporting
• Gather market intelligence, industry trends, and competitor information.
• Monitor business opportunities, market movements, and customer demands.
• Prepare business reports and market updates for the Head Office.
• Provide recommendations based on local market insights and analysis.
3. Communication & Coordination
• Act as the key liaison between the Vietnam market and the Head Office.
• Coordinate business activities, meetings, and communication between local stakeholders and overseas teams.
• Support cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth business operations.
4. Compliance & Administration
• Ensure all business activities comply with local regulations and company policies.
• Support administrative tasks related to the Representative Office operations.
• Handle additional assignments or projects requested by the Head Office.
