Business Operation Support

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in banking operations, with strong practical knowledge of SWIFT messaging and payment processing, including familiarity with SWIFT message types, payment flows, settlement, reconciliation and payment investigation.
• Experience in international payments, correspondent banking and payment exception handling is highly preferred.
• Practical experience in card operations, including card transaction processing, reconciliation, monitoring, reporting and coordination with card-related service providers, is preferred.
• Knowledge of card business, FX settlement and trade finance operations is an advantage.
• Good understanding of operational risk, internal controls, compliance requirements and banking procedures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal departments and external counterparties.
 Proficiency in English for business communication (Korean proficiency is a plus)
 Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or related fields.
