2. Requirements
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Pharmacy, Food Technology, Biochemistry, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar position, such as Business Unit Manager, Senior Product Manager, or R&D Manager, in the Dietary Supplements, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industry.
Candidates with end-to-end product lifecycle management experience, from R&D concept development to product launch, are preferred
Technical knowledge
& skills
:
Strong knowledge of regulations governing Dietary Supplements, including GHP, GMP for Dietary Supplements, Decree No. 15/2018/ND-CP, and labeling and advertising regulations. In-depth understanding of Dietary Supplements ingredients and modern formulation technologies.
Strong P&L management capabilities and market awareness.
Project management skills and the ability to drive timelines and accelerate project execution.
Leadership skills, including task delegation and team motivation
3.Responsibilities
Product Portfolio Management and Acceleration of New Product Development (NPD).
Proactively research consumer trends, emerging technologies, breakthrough ingredients, and new dosage forms and product formats.
Optimize and shorten the product development cycle, from research and testing to formulation finalization and commercial manufacturing.
Management and Standardization of Functional Operations (R&D, QC, RA & Supply Chain).
R&D & QC: Provide direction for product formulations and optimize sensory attributes, including taste, smell, color, and appearance. Ensure strict compliance with product safety standards, including microbiological criteria, heavy metal limits, and other quality specifications.
Regulatory Affairs (RA): Oversee and take responsibility for product self-declaration and declaration registration dossiers for dietary supplements products. Review the regulatory compliance of packaging labels and advertising confirmation dossiers.
Supply Chain: Proactively identify and evaluate suppliers of standardized, differentiated, and potentially exclusive extracts and raw materials. Identify modern packaging solutions that ensure the most competitive cost of goods sold (COGS.
Financial Management and Commercial Performance (P&L).
Manage and optimize budgets for R&D, testing, and clinical or real-world trials.
Take direct responsibility for the business performance (P&L), revenue, and net profit margins of the entire dietary supplements product portfolio.
Human Resource Management and Team Development.
Manage and allocate tasks to subordinates and conduct periodic KPI performance evaluations.
