Mô tả công việc
Conduct market research and analysis on compensation and benefits to ensure internal competitiveness and fairness.
Design and manage compensation and benefits programs for employees.
Participate in developing C&B policies in line with the company's development strategy.
Monitor and analyze C&B data, prepare periodic reports for the board of directors.
Support in resolving issues related to employee compensation and benefits.
Advise departments on C&B-related issues.
Yêu cầu
University graduate majoring in Human Resources Management, Economics, or related fields.
At least 2 years of experience working in the C&B field.
Strong knowledge of labor and C&B-related laws and regulations.
Good analytical and reporting skills.
Good English communication skills (both spoken and written).
Effective teamwork and independent working skills.
