Mô tả công việc
- Delivering excellent customer services through Call Center, global quality and innovative services/activities; achieving the Section targets and Company goals
- Handling inbound/outbound calls effectively and punctually
- The first contact point to receive complaints from customers, collect sufficient information and appease customers before delivering them to complaint team
- Support team to enhance, develop working system
- Training new staff to ensure that they fulfil their works effectively
- Duties to support Division targets and Company objectives as and when assigned by manager
Yêu cầu
University degree, Insurance specialisation is priority.
At least 2 years of experience in Call Center service
• Proficient in English and Vietnamese both in speaking and writing
• Excellent interpersonal and self-motivated and always ready to provide guidance to members
• Has initiative and drive to constantly review and enhance workflows of section to maximise operational effectiveness
• Ability to identify, analyse, organise and solve issues and reported problems in a timely and effective manner
• Good time management skill, able to prioritise work to ensure efficiency
• Knowledge in computer software and using computer system
• Analytical, meticulous, organized and able to work under tight deadline and pressure
• Good initiative and team spirit
