Position Overview
The Campus Manager plays an important role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the school while supporting enrolment growth, parent engagement and school development.
Working closely with the Principal, Admissions, Marketing and Management teams, the Campus Manager will help create a positive experience for children, families and staff while ensuring the school operates efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
School Operations & Campus Management
Oversee daily school operations and campus readiness.
Coordinate facilities, maintenance, security, cleaning and external vendors.
Ensure a safe, welcoming and well-maintained environment for children, families and staff.
Support the implementation of school policies, procedures and operational standards.
Parent Experience & Enrolment Support
Work closely with the Admissions and Marketing teams to support enrolment growth.
Participate in school tours, parent meetings and enrolment activities.
Support school events, open houses and community engagement initiatives.
Build positive relationships with prospective and existing families.
Help ensure a positive and welcoming experience for all families.
Government Regulations & Compliance
Coordinate school licensing, inspections and compliance requirements.
Liaise with relevant government authorities and external agencies when required.
Support compliance with education, health and safety regulations.
School Development & Administration
Support operational improvements and school development initiatives.
Work closely with the Principal, Chief Accountant and Management Team.
Prepare reports and coordinate communication across departments.
Support school projects and administrative matters as required.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Education, Marketing or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of management, operations, customer service or administrative experience.
Experience in education, hospitality, customer service or service-related industries will be an advantage.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Positive, proactive and hands-on attitude.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
