Assign tasks to team members during the shift and monitor service to ensure standards are met
Check table set-up, equipment, and uniforms before service; ensure fast, proper, and professional service delivery
Greet and assist guests when needed; handle complaints or special requests; ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely food service; collaborate with other departments when necessary
Monitor table status, orders, and food delivery; report performance to the Supervisor/Manager
Control equipment, supplies, and POS system; track number of guests, tables, and reservations
Submit end-of-shift reports to management
Yêu cầu
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English
Solid knowledge of service operations, food cost control, labor management, menu knowledge, maintenance, sales, and basic accounting
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
At least 1 year of experience as a Restaurant Team Leader or in a similar position
