Finding potential candidates to get their contact point and job introduction to them
Building a good relationship with clients ( candidates)
Getting client's demand from sales and propose suitable candidates for them
Searching and sourcing suitable candidates from databases and updating databases.
Participating in recruitment events and events in university
Doing other tasks as manager's assignments
Details will be discussed in the interview
Working time: 8:00 17:00 (Mon Fri)
Must have
Business level English (TOIEC 700 or equivalent).
At least 1 year of experience or interest in HR fields.
Having experience of Headhunting company or working in HR fields will be an advantage
Good communication skill, problem-solving skill, time management skill, team-working skill.
Good at MS Office
A cheerful, proactive, and self-motivated person
Having personnel knowledge will be an advantage
