Mô tả công việc
o Position: Careline Assistant
o Experience requirement: minimum 1 - 1.5 years in healthcare, nutrition.
o Background requirement: Nutritional background (holding a degree in Nutrition or having been working in nutrition field for at least 1 - 1.5 years).
o SOW:
• Daily task: Answer enquiries from Aptamil customers on different platforms (via phone, Facebook comments, private messages) during working hours
• Responsible for building/improving awareness and understanding of Aptamil nutrition products to customers, updating them of the latest information in the field of infant nutrition and enhancing the Aptamil image.
• All tasks and activities of this job support and adhere to the objectives and provisions of the WHO and Vietnam Milk Codes and the Aptamil Instructions.
• Take the training courses from Aptamil including nutritional knowledge, process of receiving customer complaint and process of handling, Facebook messages handling
• Compile Monthly, weekly report for global team
Yêu cầu
o Requirement:
• Bachelor/ College degree in major of Nutrition, Medicine, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Chemical and Food industry
• Fluent in Vietnamese & English
• Experience at the same position at Milk Company is preferable
• Good communication/ interpersonal skills.
• Communicable in English is preferable.
• Flexibility & resourcefulness in overcoming barriers to success
