Casino Attendant (Able to Work Shift)

• Promotes positive customer relations by providing prompt, courteous and efficient service to all patrons and guests
• Endorses, sells and markets current promotions and upcoming activities with present patrons as well as potential patrons
• Serves food and beverages
• Provide educational assistance to patrons and guests as required by explaining the operations of a Slot Games, a Multi electronic table game, a mystery jackpot, operating in a player tracking card system environment, and in any other area where a guest may be experiencing difficulties.
• Provide Slot Machine and multi electronic table game service to patrons and guests in an efficient and courteous manner, by means of Cash - in, Cash - Out Pays, Jackpot Pays, and Cash transaction on floor.
• Ensure the gaming floor is spotless and amicably presented by assisting environmental service (EVS) Staff as required in the removal of glasses, empty plate, ashtrays, any other form of rubbish and wiping the machines.
• Strictly adhere to company policies and procedures, in addition to relevant labour legislative requirements.
• Provide F&B service to guest in efficient and courteous manner.
• Strictly adhere to the policy and procedure, and guidance.
• To be an integral part of the guests 'entertainment experience'.
• Listens to customer complaints and resolves problems to restore and promote good public relations for ultimate customer satisfaction
• Updates and communicates with Supervisor and Manager on all key issues or concerns that effect overall customer satisfaction
• Ensures guest confidentiality at all times
• Promote Club 'The Rewards" Programme
• Perform any other reasonable duty as requested by management.
