Category Procurement Officer (Capex, MRO) - For Store

CATEGORY PROCUREMENT SUPERVISOR (Capex, MRO) - For Store

Report to: Procurement Manager

Work location: Binh Thanh Dist - HCMC

Working hours: Monday to Friday

1. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Cost Management

Contribute to the category sourcing strategies and ensure alignment with Jollibee Group procurement policies and procedures
Identifying stakeholder requirements and execution of category plans
Supply base optimization, market knowledge assimilation, analysis and application.
Driving cost effectiveness by appropriate negotiation.
Creating and managing bidding and total cost of ownership analysis.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and delivery.
Conduct regular spending analytics and identify cost opportunities.

Supplier Management

Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships. Maintain the supplier master database.
Lead supplier performance reviews and development plans. Conducting the monthly/ quarterly Business Review with key suppliers.
Managing the supplier lifecycle - accreditation, onboarding, performance and phase-out.
Ensure local sourcing practices and processes conform to overall procurement policies
Evaluate, select, and develop new suppliers.
Ensure supply capacity and capability to business requirement.
Contract Management and compliance.
Embed STC, SCOC, MNDA Form

Quality Management

Ensure QA/FS requirements, COA, traceability & legal documents are complete for warehouse entry.
Embed HSE/ESG and business ethics clauses in contracts to comply with JFC policies & Vietnam law.
Embed STC, SCOC, MNDA Form

Data & Report management

Build and maintain databases of suppliers, price and cost, project management, and scorecard.
Monitor and report on category spend

Stakeholder Satisfaction

Build and maintain the cross-functional collaboration: SC, R&D, MKT, Finance, Operation (Store), Business Network, HR, IT, RSQM.
Serve as a trusted advisor for stakeholders on market insights, supplier innovations, service providers and supplier accreditation.
Establish governance forums for transparency on procurement performance.

Process Excellence

Compliance with Procurement Policy and Process.
Standardize sourcing methodologies and contract governance across categories.
Deploy advanced digital tools (spend analytics, supplier portals).
Maintain the continuous improvement programs within the procurement.

2. JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Technical Engineering, Food Technology, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related field.
At least 5 years of purchasing/sourcing in relevant field, experiences in F&B or QSR industry is preferred
Responsible for end-to-end procurement activities Kitchen Equipment CAPEX portfolios across all restaurants
Proven experience in supplier management and contract negotiation.
