We are not looking for a traditional CEO. We are looking for a builder. APEC Group is developing its next phase of growth: connecting investment capital, international assets, hospitality operations and long-term wealth creation across Vietnam and Europe. We believe that the next generation of financial services will not be defined solely by brokerage, lending or investment banking. It will be defined by the ability to connect investors with compelling opportunities, trusted partners and global markets. We are looking for an ambitious Vietnamese or overseas Vietnamese financial leader to help make this vision a reality.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As CEO of APEC Securities, with a mandate to develop our cross-border investment platform, you will have the opportunity to:
• Build a new business connecting Vietnamese investors with selected European investment opportunities.
• Develop an investor community spanning high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, business owners and family offices.
• Explore hospitality and real estate investments in Greece, Portugal, Cyprus, Malta, Spain, Italy and other European markets.
• Work with international partners to identify, evaluate and structure investment opportunities.
• Develop a premium membership programme, investor events, strategic partnerships and scalable client acquisition channels.
• Collaborate with APEC's wider investment ecosystem and MHG's hospitality platform to connect financial expertise with real operating assets.
Our ambition is to build more than a securities business. We want to create an international platform that helps investors think and invest beyond their domestic markets.
COMPENSATION
• Indicative base salary: US$3,500-5,000 per month.
• Performance-based annual incentives.
• Potential equity participation or long-term value-sharing arrangements.
• International travel and relocation support, subject to company policy and agreement.
The final package will reflect the candidate's capabilities, responsibilities and ability to create sustainable value.
