Mô tả công việc

Calendar and Schedule Management:
Support the CEO with daily administrative tasks and coordination
Assist in managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging appointments
Take meeting notes and summarize key action points
Support travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, transportation)

Communication and Information Management:
Assist in preparing reports, proposals, and internal documents
Help collect, review, and consolidate information for the CEO's approval
Support internal communication and follow up on assigned tasks
Handle sensitive information confidentially, including spa operations, client matters, and strategic planning.
Follow up with internal teams on pending tasks, timelines, and action points assigned by the CEO.
Perform other tasks as assigned.

Yêu cầu

Good command of English (spoken & written); Mandarin is a plus
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle tasks with urgency.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
High integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Interns are required to bring and use their own laptop.
Previous office experience is a plus.
