This role is for someone early in their career who wants to learn how a real company is run, close to the founder, through actual work - not observation, not theory.
You will work directly with the CEO on execution, coordination, and thinking support across fundraising, operations, and internal projects.
This is a serious role with real responsibility. It is not glamorous. It is not cushy. But it is formative.
What You'll Be Doing
Your job is to make the CEO more effective - and in the process, absorb how real companies are built.
Execution & Leverage
Turn rough ideas into clear plans, docs, and trackers
Follow up across teams and partners until things are done
Own small but critical projects end-to-end
Thinking & Judgment
Prepare briefs for investor meetings and key decisions
Synthesize messy information into sharp summaries
Spot inconsistencies, risks, and blind spots early
Operations & Exposure
Sit in on leadership, fundraising, and strategy conversations
Coordinate across functions without formal authority
Handle sensitive information with maturity and discretion
Time & Focus Protection
Help prioritize what matters and kill what doesn't
Filter noise and manage communication flow
Learn when and how to say "no"

Requirements
Strong English (written & spoken)
Excellent organization and follow-through
High integrity - trust is everything here
Comfortable working on-site, moving fast, and staying responsive
Bachelor's degree or above from a top-tier university in Vietnam (FTU, NEU, RMIT, VinUni, BUV, DAV, ... other top institutions) or a reputable international university abroad
Preference will be given to candidates with outstanding extracurricular achievements, including leadership roles such as President, Vice President, Head/Deputy Head of Departments in academic or professional student clubs, or recipients of top awards in prestigious academic competitions, case competitions, or large-scale arts and cultural events.
Strong leadership potential, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage and engage multiple stakeholders are highly valued.
Experience matters less than judgment, hunger, and reliability.
