The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will oversee the financial operations, ensure strong financial performance, and drive the company's financial strategy. The CFO will work closely with the executive team to support decision-making, lead financial planning and analysis, manage risk, and ensure compliance with global financial regulations.

Strategic Financial Leadership:

Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.

Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
*
Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to the CEO and executive team on financial performance, business opportunities, and risks.
*
Collaborate with business leaders to identify cost efficiencies and profitability improvements.
*
Financial Reporting and Compliance:
*
Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with international financial reporting standards (IFRS) or other applicable frameworks.
*
Ensure the integrity and transparency of financial reporting, with a focus on driving operational efficiency.
*
Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with global accounting standards and tax regulations.

Cash Flow and Capital Management:
*
Manage the company's capital structure, including debt financing, equity, and working capital optimization.
*
Oversee cash flow management, liquidity, and financial risk mitigation strategies.
*
Lead initiatives to improve profitability, working capital management, and return on investment (ROI).

Risk Management:
*
Identify and mitigate financial risks, including currency exposure, economic fluctuations, and changes in financial regulations across various global markets.
*
Develop and implement risk management strategies to safeguard the company's assets and financial stability.
*
Leadership and Team Management:
*
Lead and mentor a high-performing global finance team, ensuring development, accountability, and alignment with company goals.
*
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, financial discipline, and transparency across all financial functions.
Profile
*
Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in an executive-level finance role, preferably in a global services or multinational organization.
*
Proven experience in managing complex financial operations, including international financial reporting, mergers and acquisitions, and risk management.
*
Demonstrated track record of driving business growth and improving financial performance in a global business environment.
* Fluent in Vietnamese and English
