Mô tả công việc
I. ROLE SYNOPSIS:
• To develop & implement specific offers, promotions and communications for the assigned Spaces/brands based on the agreed country strategy, to work closely with Country Activation & Workshop teams and help them to deliver these to customers in the most optimal manner in order to deliver volume, turnover, gross margin and market share targets and maximize business returns.
• To track progress and adapt plans under the guidance and supervision of the Country Marketing Manager.
II. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Accountable for the delivery of Volume, Turnover, Gross Margin and Market Share targets in Power Brands in the assigned Spaces/Brands/markets.
• Contributes to the country strategy development for brands in line with global strategies to meet volume, turnover and gross margin targets.
• Develops and implements the brand Media and Activation (including promotion) plans in country across all channels to finalize activation plans leveraging global programs.
• Accountable for the world class execution of consumer marketing offers (Products, promotions and Communication) in market.
• Manage country brands performance and the yearly marketing spends (ASP).
• Pricing Management for brand Variants based on pricing tools.
• Engagement and buy-in from the Workshop Activation Managers & Trade Activation Manager to ensure appropriate inputs.
• Sales team engagement and buy-in and agency management for world class implementation.
• Responsible for assumptions and V&Os management for the brands in the LBM process.
• Develop and implement a systematic approach through the embedding of relevant OMS elements and ensuring appropriate risk reviews are undertaken appropriately.
• Fulfil agreed specific Product Quality & Compliance accountabilities which apply to the role of Consumer Brand Activation Manager, as part of the Auto Marketing role card.

III. ESSENTIAL EDUCATION:
• University degree in Marketing or related discipline
IV. ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE AND JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Substantial experience in Marketing
• Experience in B2B and B2C marketing activation
• Experience in disciplined marketing campaign execution
• Experience of working with agencies across multiple media channels and countries
• Experience of working in a matrix organization
• Lubricants experience desirable but not essential
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent spoken & written Vietnamese & English is preferable
